Refund & Return Policy

At UwUKart, all our products are custom printed on demand through our fulfillment partner. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Our 7-day return window

Since every item is made-to-order, we only accept return or replacement requests for products that are defective, misprinted, or damaged. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a claim. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.

How to be eligible for a return

To be eligible, your item must have a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage that occurred before it reached you. We require the following to process your claim:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package and product
  • Photos of the defective item along with the original packaging

Please do not discard the packaging until you are satisfied with your order. If the product was damaged while opening (e.g. cut with scissors), we are unable to process a refund or replacement unless an unboxing video confirms the damage was pre-existing.

How to start a return

Email us at nsquarestartup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost to you and reship a replacement at no additional charge.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you ordered the wrong size, you are welcome to place a fresh order. We recommend checking our size chart carefully before ordering.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective item, we will reship the correct product after verifying your claim. For size changes or other personal preferences, please place a new order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for defective or misprinted products once your claim is verified. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Undelivered orders

If your order could not be delivered and is marked as Return to Origin (RTO), it will be routed back to our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Common reasons include an incorrect address, recipient not available, or COD amount not ready at the time of delivery. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout — we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.

Damages and wrong items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a wrong item or a visibly damaged product, contact us immediately at nsquarestartup@gmail.com with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
