Made to order
Every product at UwUKart is custom printed on demand when you place your order. This means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your item is made fresh, just for you. Please keep this in mind when planning your order, especially around birthdays, events, or gifting occasions.
Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the product and printing method. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed before 9:00 AM IST may be eligible for same-day fulfilment on select products.
Delivery time (India)
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within India are:
- Air shipping – 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Surface shipping – 4–9 business days after dispatch
Total estimated time from order to delivery is typically 5–10 business days under normal conditions. Delivery to remote or rural pin codes may take slightly longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping mode selected. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before you complete your payment.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Note: Tracking updates may be delayed or limited for certain courier partners, including India Post. In such cases, we rely on the courier's final delivery confirmation.
Delays and disruptions
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, high-volume periods (such as festival seasons), or any other events beyond our control.
If your order has not been attempted for delivery within 15 days via air or 20 days via surface shipping from the dispatch date, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing your order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, or a refused delivery, the package will be returned to our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Re-shipping in such cases will be at your expense. We are not responsible for orders lost or misdirected due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
COD (Cash on Delivery)
We offer Cash on Delivery on select orders. Please ensure the exact COD amount is ready at the time of delivery. If the COD amount is not available or the delivery is refused, the order will be marked as undelivered and returned.
International shipping
We currently ship internationally on select products. International delivery typically takes 6–12 business days after dispatch (2–3 business days processing + 6–12 days transit).
Please note:
- Customs duties, import taxes, or other levies may be applicable depending on your country and will be collected separately by your local customs authority at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- International orders are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or confirms a package as lost in transit, please contact us at nsquarestartup@gmail.com. For items confirmed as lost during shipping, we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification with the courier.
